dabski.ai is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the domain's DNS. To deliver a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and request data, and may keep technical logs for security and operation. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. EU legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to me, I use your address and message to reply, and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose. Email runs on Google Workspace. EU legal basis: steps you asked for, or legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
If you subscribe, your email address is stored by Buttondown (USA) and emails are delivered through Postmark (USA). I use it only to send you new articles, research, and talk announcements. Sign-up uses double opt-in, and every email has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, you stop receiving emails and your address is removed from the mailing list; the provider may keep a minimal record so you are not added again by mistake. EU legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Cloudflare, Google, Buttondown, and Postmark process data on my behalf. Data may be processed in the USA and other countries where they operate. Transfers rely on the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email niko@dabski.ai. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
